MUTE is an independent album written and recorded by Shyy Kidd. The rapper's first debut album development began towards the end of May 2018.

The project was first announced over Instagram via the rappers the story and posts. 4 tracks from the album were released early on Sound cloud and Audiomack, to give an example of what the album would sound like when fully released. The album was officially released on sound cloud services on August 1st of 2019.

MUTE has appearances from other artists such as Nawz, UptopPapi, Constantine, X, and Werdplay. Shyy Kidd appears on all 14 tracks of his debut album. The album is a short biography inside the rapper's mind and the challenges he faced in his life.
